Jennifer Franchetti | Office Manager

Jennifer is the Office Manager and Executive Personal Assistant at Impactive Capital, where she provides high-level support to the founding partners. She began her career in publishing before joining DoubleClick's initial marketing team during the company's hypergrowth phase, helping scale its operations into more than 20 countries. She later served as Head of Internet Advertising at RJ Palmer and as Agency Marketing Manager at Bazaarvoice, leading cross-functional projects and building relationships across internal teams, agencies, and clients. Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College.
